1. Goods exchange

Exchange of goods: We grant a right of exchange of 30 days for deliveries of goods in shipment. During this time, the customer can return the purchased goods to us, and exchange them for goods in the same value or coupon. For this purpose, the goods themselves and their original packaging must show no signs of wear. Used goods, as well as customer-related deliveries, are excluded from the exchange. The postage costs on return of the goods for exchange are to be borne by the customer.Please note: The voluntarily granted exchange right applies regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal.Refund of payments will be transferred within 2 weeks after arrival of the goods with us to the specified account of the customer. A claim for compensation shall be deducted.Exceptions: Excluded from return and exchange are items that have been changed to customer specifications before delivery deviating from the original state. Customer-related special deliveries and services can not be returned. In the good case, we reserve the right to assert a reasonable compensation for the value of the purchaser.

2. Warranty:
The statutory warranty is governed by § 475 BGB, and begins with the receipt of the goods by the purchaser. Within the statutory warranty period, all defects which are subject to the statutory warranty obligation, are remedied by us free of charge. The warranty claims of the buyer are initially limited to subsequent performance. In case of failure of the subsequent performance, the buyer has a claim for reduction of the purchase price, or withdrawal from the purchase contract.Exceptions: Excluded from the warranty are damages due to normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or improper use.

 
3. Complaints:
Should an item be defective or damaged, the defect must be reported immediately after discovery to Artofmini.com - Janny Warnaar. Please let us know the complaint by calling 04946-8989663, or send your complaint via email to info@artofmini.com. Returns that were sent by the buyer as Shipments are not accepted by us.
 
4. Terms of payment:
Deductions from the invoice amount by the buyer are only possible after receipt of a credit. We generally reserve the right to insist on an advance payment of the full invoice amount before the goods are shipped if the buyer does not pay a preliminary invoice within the specified period, the order is deemed to have beencanceled. Payment is by bank transfer or PAYPAL, credit cards are not accepted.Default of payment: If paying by invoice, the buyer must pay the invoice amount within the specified period. In case of late payment we charge a fee of 5 euros for the first written reminder, as well as 10 euros for each further written reminder. In addition, we charge default interest at the usual rate for the period of default. If the customer is in arrears, we further reserve the right to postpone subsequent deliveries and further deliveries until full settlement of outstanding claims.Retention of title: The goods are the property of Artofmini.com - Janny Warnaar until full payment has been made by the buyer or third parties. If the purchaser exceeds the payment deadlines, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and to demand the return of the goods according to §448 BGB.
 
5. Additional:
All pictured items, especially crafted items, may differ slightly in design, assembly, shape and color from the illustration. We reserve the right to make changes as far as they serve to improve our products.

6. Final:
If one of our terms and conditions is legally invalid, it will be applied mutatis mutandis, according to the legally correct wording. The remaining parts remain unaffected. These terms and conditions are valid from 1.9.2012. The place of jurisdiction is Stiekelkamperfehn Germany.
